What is Farm Day?
Farm Day is a fun, hands-on field trip where students and teachers experience the sights, sounds, smells and feels of agriculture and its role in our everyday lives, our county, and its economy.
All county 3rd graders, close to 400 kids, attend this event at the Amador County Fairgrounds!
Who is involved?
Amador Farm Day is organized by UC Cooperative Extension, Amador County Agriculture Department, Amador County Farm Bureau, Farms of Amador, Amador Resource Conservation District, and the entire Farm Day Committee.
